Dr. J. Patrick Boykin attended the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He graduated in 1986 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic and has been practicing in Colorado Springs and Calhan for over 25 years. He is an active member of local, state, and national chiropractic associations. He keeps current in the latest advances and techniques by attending continuing education seminars and lectures.

Dr. Boykin was raised in southeastern Colorado. As a young athlete he participated in many sports which included rodeo, wrestling, and basketball. Rodeo was always his primary sport, starting with Little Britches, then on to high school rodeo and eventually to competing at a collegiate level on a Rodeo Scholarship.
Helping to promote healthy young athletes, Dr. Boykin coached boys basketball for the YMCA for many years. Dr. and Mrs. Boykin are proud supporters of many local high schools. He and his wife, Roberta, have been married for over 25 years and are blessed with two sons Justin and Austin. Outside of the office they enjoy spending time with their boys doing many outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer including skiing, camping, horseback riding, hiking, and fishing.
